Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to in-person workshops booked with Utility Poplar Way Co., Ltd. ("we," "us") at our Khlong San studio. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This policy covers the Fibonacci Retracement Intensive, Chart Review Clinic, and Trend Continuation Lab. It does not cover third-party services, trading software, or brokerage products — we do not sell those.
2. Confirmation and payment
A seat is confirmed only after we acknowledge availability and receive full payment in Thai Baht by bank transfer. We do not take deposits for standard public workshop dates.
3. Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the session: Full refund of the workshop fee, or free transfer to the next available date of the same session type (your choice).
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund, or transfer to a future date within six months with no additional fee.
- Less than 7 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your seat to another person attending in your place if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session with the substitute's name and email.
4. Rescheduling by you
One free date change is permitted if requested more than 14 days before the original session and if seats are available on the new date. Additional changes are treated as cancellations under section 3 based on the time remaining before the original date.
5. No-shows
If you do not attend and did not cancel or transfer per this policy, the full fee is non-refundable. Printed materials prepared with your name may be discarded or offered to standby participants.
6. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, studio unavailability, or insufficient enrolment, you receive a full refund within ten business days or priority booking on the next available date. We will notify you as early as possible by email.
7. Partial attendance and early departure
Workshop fees are for the scheduled session block. Leaving early does not entitle you to a partial refund unless we failed to deliver the core components listed on the session page.
8. Non-refundable items
- Fees for sessions missed under the no-show policy
- Custom printed chart panels commissioned for private corporate groups after printing has started
- Third-party costs we incur on your behalf with your prior written approval
9. Clinic chart submissions
If you cancel a Chart Review Clinic less than 7 days before the date after we have already reviewed submitted charts, we may retain a 500 THB preparation fee from any partial refund to cover instructor review time.
10. Refund process
Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account used for payment within ten business days of our confirmation email. You are responsible for providing correct account details. Refunds are in Thai Baht only.
11. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email hello@utilitypoplarway.click with your name, session date, and booking reference (from our confirmation email). Somchai processes refund requests Monday–Friday. You may also call 02-419-6375.
12. Exceptions
We may waive standard time limits in documented emergencies (serious illness, bereavement) at our discretion. Contact us promptly with a brief explanation.
