These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at utilitypoplarway.click ("Site") and your booking of in-person workshops offered by Utility Poplar Way Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") in Bangkok, Thailand. By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide educational chart reading workshops focused on Fibonacci retracement practice on trending markets. Sessions are delivered in person at our studio at 269 Somdet Chao Phraya Road, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600. Workshop content, schedules, and fees are described on the Site and confirmed in writing when you book.

2. Bookings and payment

Enquiries submitted through the Site do not constitute a confirmed booking. A seat is reserved only after we confirm availability and receive full payment per the instructions we provide. Prices are listed in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated.

3. Acceptable use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about and booking our workshops. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape content for commercial republication without permission, or submit false information through contact forms.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, printed chart panels, checklists, and other materials provided during workshops remain our intellectual property. You may use copies made for your personal chart reading practice. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute session materials to third parties without our written consent.

Site content, including text, layout, and branding, is owned by Utility Poplar Way Co., Ltd. or used under licence. You may link to public pages but may not mirror the Site.

5. Educational nature

Workshops teach chart marking techniques and retracement reading practice. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trading signals, or guarantees of trading outcomes. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at workshops. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the fee you paid for that session.

We maintain appropriate studio safety practices but are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property you bring to the studio, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
